Description:
This GF central impression flexographic press (flexo CI printing machine) is a kind of printing line for flexo products, such as BOPP film (18-45um), CPP (18-60um), PET (12-30um), PVC (25-75um), PE (30-100um), paper (30-120GSM), etc. This machine equipped with CI drum, is suitable for the printing color of four-color, six-color, eight-color and ten-color, with the Max printing speed 200m/min or 300m/min, printing width 600-1400mm, and printing length 350-1100, 500-1300mm.

Feature:
This central impression flexographic press (flexo CI printing machine) made in our company is based on the European advance technology with the feature of precise structure, easy operation and maintenance and so on.
1. For the central drum, it is also with internal water recycling chilling system.
2. The constant temperature range is that ±2Celsius.
3. The diameter direction jumpiness tolerance is ±0.008mm.
4. Register allowance is ±0.1mm.
5. There are promptly quantitative adjusting device for the horizontal, vertical positional print registering.
6. Printing dot per inch up to 175 DPI.
7. Regarding the for ink auto circulation, there are ink viscosity auto controller and two ways membrane pump to insure stability.
8. There are also hydraulic auto locking during printing, ink mixing and print plate cleaning is automatic, as soon as the machine paused or stopped.
9. The drying cabinet is located between each print station, and also lengthened drying chamber for post print.
10. There is also static graphics monitoring system.
11. For the numeral control, This GF central impression flexographic press (flexo CI printing machine) is touching screen operated, PLC controlled, speed adjusted by inverter, and include 3 sections tension control system.
12. It is available for water base ink or solvent base ink printing, especially suitable for foodstuff and drudgery.
