Description:
This XH-300 automatic multi color label screen printer is a kind of label screen printing machine for printing soft tape materials. This machine is mechanism, electricity and pneumatics integrated, leading to the finished label products in ink density, good fastness, high ink coverage and precise registration. This printing machine is especially suitable for printing on materials with dark bottom color, and for large area solid printing work as reason of high efficient.
There are two XH-300 label screen printing machines with UV drying, and label screen printer with infrared drying that we can offer.

XH-300 Label Screen Printing Machines with UV drying
This machine can synchronize with the main printing machine, and the UV drying oven cures UV ink instantly. In addition, when UV drying is not needed for the machine, the standard hot air drying oven can be used instead. The independent electric power of 3.6kw, 220 VAC, is used for each UV drying unit. Even when the drying oven is equipped on this machine, The dimensions of the machine do no change, but for 1.5㎡ space for UV controller the opposite to the operating side.

XH-300 Label Screen Printer with Infrared Drying
For the infrared label screen printer, there are standard hot air drying oven and the infrared high temperature drying oven is optional for choice. The infrared high temperature drying oven is used for drying the ordinary and heat-set inks, with the max. temperature up to 170℃.
