GT-800 Woven Bag Production line

Description:
This GT-800 woven bag production line (fabric bag making machine) is automatic equipment for producing fabric bag form roll fabric, laminated, tubular woven fabric; paper combined woven fabric, non-woven fabric and so on. Those woven fabric and non-woven fabric bags are used to pack rice, flour, cement and so on.
This machine integrates printing (two side's printing type) cutting, sewing for producing woven bags with speed 50-60pcs/min, only need 2 workers in operate, which in turn make it features labors saving and cost saving. At the same time, it is saving energy consumption and avoids printing pattern's distortion for non-laminated fabric production. In addition, when printing and cutting length is set at will, there is no need to change any plate roller, for it 360 degrees adjusts print plate, online (in running) promptly quantitative adjusting device for horizontal and vertical positioning for print registering.
It is authorized by China, Germany and Taiwan patent for our company.

Production flow:
Unwinding→ Hauling →Servo conveying→ two sides printing →Two sides drying→ Servo cutting→ Separate conveying →Servo catching →Sewing →Stacking
