Folder Gluer

Introduction:
This ZH series folder gluer (box folding gluing machine) can be 2-folding, 4-foiding with bottom gluing. It can be changed by 180 degree or 90 degree for the first fold in the per-folding part, while in the second and fourth folding part, it can be molded in 180 degree. We can increase the pre-folding of 180 angree-135 angered; the special design is also available
It is a kind of digital machine, with touch screen, PLC controller, photoelectric counting, and automatic sheet kicker.

Features:
1. Strengthened single-side driving system adopted for steady running and easy maintenance.
2. Frequency conversion controller adopted for the motor leading to automatic timing and power saving.
3. The machine can work continuous, exact and automatic feeding, for the adoption double face tooth rod adjusting in operation with shaking motor and several thick belts with shaking motor for delivery.
4. The grinding equipment makes glue more stable, firm and fine glued.
5. Japanese (NIAT) belts equipped.
6. This ZH folder gluer (box folding gluing machine) is suitable for unilateral paper box.
7. The 4-folding function is easy to open the paper and it adapts to automated packing product line. 8. The pressing part is adopted the universal strain equipment, which make the surface to molded box more flat and regular, without indentation mark.

Introduction
This HZH folder gluer (box folding gluing machine) machine is used to fold and glue boxes after die-cutting. This machine is wildly used in paper box manufacturing.
This machine can also finishing the whole process of automatic feeding, side gluing, folding, delivering, pressing and counting. Both straight paperboard (straight-line box) and corrugated board (2 and 4 fold bottom locked box) in 250~600g are suitable.

Feature:
1. It is equipped with three sets of pre-folder, which can pre-fold first and third line.
2. For the feeder, it is equipped with vibrator to make it feeding smoothly.
3. There is imported A/C frequency converter makes the machine durable and convenient.
3. Two side gluing. Additional spring pressing device bring more pressure when folding E type corrugated board.
4. In the meanwhile, there is imported sensor, coder and counter to ensure the precision of box counting.
5. We use isochronous controller keep the adjusting of main machine speed and pressing speed.
