This ZB960C sheet feed paper bag making machine (paper bag production line) is a kind of newly developed automatic paper bag maker for various types of paper bags. The processing flow is that, sheet feeding, gluing, side pasting, tube forming, tube, bottom folding, gluing, bottom pasting, and bag out. This pre-load feeder can lead to non-stop operation. There is PLC controller and touch screen facilitates for operation. This machine is proven to meet international standards, which significantly saves labor cost and improves production efficiency.

Process of Paper Bag Making Machine (Paper Bag Production Line):
1. It is a kind of sheet feeding machine, paper can automatically transferred along bridge.
2. Before the paper goes to be lengthwise creased, it is positioned by front and side laid guides.
3. The following process is, automatically gluing with water-soluble adhesive (optional hot melt glue sprayer system), tube forming, pressing.
4. Then the paper tuber will be positioned by pusher and be widthwise creased.
5. Finally after bottom turning, gluing, bottom forming, the finished bag is delivered out.
